Access control can be a very complex subject. We’re experts in our field having developed our own systems over recent years. There aren’t many problems that we haven’t seen before and you can rely on our experience to help you find the best solution.
Whether you want to install the system yourself or you would like us to do it for you we’re here to help at every stage:
Advice - Friendly advice to help you form your ideas and let you know what features are available. All delivered in plain simple language!
Survey – We can visit you on site to help you develop your plans into a practical and robust system which will give you security for many years to come.
Design – After we know the objectives are we will design the best solution for your needs and your budget. These will be presented to you in a clear and easy to understand format.
Specification – Once we have agreement we will produce a detailed specification including costs and risk assessments for your final approval.
Supply – Most clients want us to install the equipment as part of the project. If you would like to install the system yourselves or you have a competent electrician then we are happy to just supply the parts for you to complete the job.
Installation – Our attention to detail and experienced and professional installers will arrive on site at an agreed time to suit your operations and complete the installation without any fuss or undue disturbance.
Commissioning – Post installation we will test the system and ensure it is ready for final hand over to the users.
Training – All approved users will be trained on how to operate the system software allowing them to take over the management of the system immediately.
Support – Inevitably there will be questions once the system goes live. We’re here to provide ongoing help and advice to you to make sure that you have fully achieved the benefits of the system.
Maintenance – Things go wrong from time to time! For the first 12 months your system is fully covered by our back up service (Sorry but accidental damage or vandalism isn’t covered). After this period we offer a very reasonable maintenance contract to suit your requirements.
Expansion – You want to add more doors to the system? No problem. We’ll listen to what you want. Give you a quotation and then link the new doors to your existing system.
Upgrades – From time to time we upgrade our software to both add new features and increase the operating efficiency. We will make these upgrades available to you for free.
